LearnPath is a purpose-built learning management system developed for a professional training organisation delivering accredited courses to corporate clients. The platform supports video-based lessons, interactive quizzes, downloadable resources, and detailed progress tracking — with a branded learner portal and a comprehensive admin dashboard for course managers.
What We Were Solving
The organisation had outgrown a generic off-the-shelf LMS that could not support their specific accreditation workflows, corporate branding requirements, or the detailed completion reporting their enterprise clients demanded. They needed a custom platform that could be tailored precisely to their course delivery model and integrated with their existing CRM and invoicing systems.
How We Built It
Media Bracket designed LearnPath from the ground up around the organisation's specific course structure and accreditation workflows. Video content is delivered via adaptive bitrate streaming to ensure smooth playback regardless of learner connection speed. The quiz engine supports multiple question types including scenario-based assessments, and the progress tracking system records completion at the lesson, module, and course level. Automated certificates are generated and emailed on course completion. A full admin portal gives course managers control over content, learner enrolment, and reporting.
The Results
Time to issue completion certificates dropped from 3 days to instant. Learner completion rates increased by 28% compared to the previous platform, attributed to the improved user experience and progress visibility. The CRM integration eliminated double data entry that had been consuming 6+ hours per week of admin time.
