Project Overview
PropertyPulse is a combined property listing portal and CRM platform built for a national real estate agency with offices in multiple cities. The platform allows agents to list properties, manage buyer and seller relationships, schedule viewings, and track deal pipelines — all from a single application. The public-facing listing portal integrates with Google Maps for property search by location and radius.
What We Were Solving
The agency was operating with a commercial CRM not designed for real estate workflows, and their property listings were managed on a third-party portal they had no control over. Leads from the portal fed into the CRM via manual copy-paste. There was no connection between listing activity and the sales pipeline, making it impossible to attribute deal outcomes to specific marketing efforts.
How We Built It
Media Bracket built a unified platform that combines the public listing portal and the internal CRM into one application with a shared data layer. Agents manage listings directly in the CRM; the public portal reflects changes instantly. The map-based search uses the Google Maps API with custom property clustering. Lead capture forms on the portal feed directly into the CRM pipeline and are automatically assigned to the responsible agent. A reporting module shows each agent's listing performance, viewing conversion rates, and deal progression.
The Results
Lead-to-viewing conversion improved by 22% in the first quarter following launch, attributed to faster response times enabled by the direct CRM integration. The agency retired two separate software subscriptions, reducing their monthly SaaS spend. Agents reported the combined interface as significantly faster than their previous two-system workflow.
